Easy to use, needing only the addition of water and sugar to make a well-balanced gelato, scoopable and full of flavour.

CHARACTERISTICS: stabilized base in powder form for the preparation of lemon-flavoured gelatos.
Useful tip: for a creamier product add 15 g Supergelmix per litre of water.
