PROPORTIONS FOR BATCH FREEZER:
1 packet (1.2 kg Type “M” Base) + 3 litres milk (blended cold)

PROPORTIONS FOR ROTARY MIXER:
300 g Type "M" Base + 1 litre cream
This gives a softer and easily workable product, ideal for making splendid Gelato pralines.
